Frequently Asked Questions 

How long does it take to deliver? 
We ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment or the next business day using UPS Delivery Service.

Please note, if you have placed a DSP Order with a Rogers Wireless account, we will ship once the documents and/or applications have been approved.

 

Is there expedited shipping?
We offer UPS Expedited Services for an additional fee. Rates will vary based on delivery speed, weight and location of the delivery. We will ship all orders within 24 hours of receipt of payment or the next business day.

Expedited delivery time is considered once the package has been shipped and not when the order has been placed.

 

How do I setup my Rogers account?
You can setup your Rogers account by clicking here. If you have any issues please contact the Rogers.

What comes with the Cat® 42 Smartphone?

The Cat® S42 H+ Smartphone comes with:

  • Cat® S42 H+ Smartphone (Unlocked or with Rogers SIM card if account has been pre-setup)

What is the warranty?
The Cat® S42 comes with a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty. If you have warranty related inquiries please contact Cat® Support via email at support@catphones.com or phone at 438-448-3603

What if a phone is dead on arrival (DOA)?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within the 14 day policy period.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@lenbrookcanadasolutions.com and you will receive a Return # (see return process below).

Return Process

To process a return you will require a Return #. To obtain a Return # please email the following information to orders@lenbrookcanadasolutions.com:

  • Your name
  • Your address
  • Your phone number
  • Product to be returned
  • Reason for return
  • Order #

 

What networks can I connect with?
The Cat® S42 H+ is a GSM factory unlocked smartphone. It will work on any GSM network.

 

How can I locate a lost or stolen device?
If you lose an Android phone, you can find, lock, or erase it. If you've added a Google Account to your Android device, Find My Device is automatically turned on. Follow this link here to locate your android:
